About the Certified Common Interest Development Manager (CCIDM) Education Series
CAI is proud to launch the Certified Common Interest Development Manager (CCIDM) Education Series. This series provides the 30 hours of California-specific curriculum for a manager to refer to themselves as a “Certified Common Interest Development Manager” under the Business & Professions Code Section 11502 in California Law.
The California Manager Education Series includes:
- M-100 California Edition: The Essentials of Community Association Management (M-100 also qualifies as a pre-requisite to take the exam to earn the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certification.)
