Billiards Tournament:  This committee oversees the Billiard Tournament in March.

Community Relations:  Promotes the image, membership and educational programs of the Chapter and CAI through the various media, i.e., newspapers, radio, television and magazines. This committee also prepares the Chapter’s annual Membership directory, and sells ads for the Directory.

Day at the Races: This committee oversees the summertime Day at the Races Event.

Education Services: This committee is responsible for formulating, implementing and coordinating the Chapter’s education seminars, including Evening Educational Programs, those seminars held at the Mini Trade Shows, and the ABCs programs.

Golf Classic: This committee is responsible for coordinating the annual Golf Tournament.

Magazine: Recommends to the Board of Directors editorial, promotional and advertising policies for the Chapter and publishes the Chapter magazine, Common Assessment.

Membership: This committee promotes and encourages CAI membership and membership retention.

Monte Carlo Night: This committee oversees the annual Monte Carlo Night in May

ROUNDTABLE FORUMS:

Legislative Action Committee: This committee maintains a line of communication with the Board of Directors and the California Legislative Action Committee (CLAC) on any and all matters relating to community associations.

Homeowners Roundtable: This committee is responsible for creating and implementing strategies for community association homeowners and board members to increase recognition of his or her responsibilities to and participation in the association. It also facilitates comprehension and proper use of the association governing documents, and offers resolution suggestions to problems and concerns submitted to the committee.
